Bought and now stuck

Just upgraded to full version. Found secret door in sewer. Went in, killed all rats, saved, had to stop playing for a few minutes. Reloaded, secret door can't be found or opened from inside. Stuck in room. How do I get out? I'm not going to start again after 3 days of playing... Any ideas?

Can you be more specific of where you are in the game?

The Wiki has all the maps, quest guides and other information. So it's a great resource to get out of a touch spot.

However this resolves, it's always wise to rotate through multiple save slots in any RPG.

As for Secret Doors, you can sit by it and wait and wait. Sometimes it can take a while for it to appear if you're low level (for that door) as there is a % chance each few seconds (15 secs iirc, might be wrong). Make sure you're not too far. Sooner or later it would bubble-up and reveal.
