The Boatman in Kingsbridge says I need to be "friendly" in order to ride the boat. I am already Friendly (14) and I am getting the same message...
Also, the orc lair and cultist dungeon are too difficult and offer no rewards nor there are quest items there, is that intentional or am I missing something?
