Best ending help.

Can someone tell me how to get the best ending. The one where you don't fight the parasite. It's very all over the place in the wiki. If you can give me the trait scores I need that would be nice too.

So i was on here like a few months ago after i beat the game and got good ending
But i didnt even know you could save seperately so ive just been spamming the qs button
When i finished it i didnt rlly want to play the whole thing again to get the other
If so then please do tell
