Bandit Chief - Rage

The Bandit Chief uses the Rage ability, and at the same time he:

• Moves like he's frozen (no animation)
• Does not attack the enemy at once, which leads to nullification of the Rage ability (tested in many battles)

P.S. Bandits are good at running in place.

I recall them sometimes wasting thier rages aswell. Don't recall them freezing from such.
