Companion storage would be nice but it's a feature that could wait until 1.0 is released. The only function more space has is to help with grinding, the vaults give plenty of space for keeping unique drops.

Thats exactly that.. I have this one spot that I absolutely love to grind for cash.. problem is after making 2-3 trips back and forth to rest to reset the camp. I am having to go into town sooner then later just to sell.. Baggage on the companion would be awesome or the ability to purchase additional inventory windows (very much like the quick slot button - to access what bag / inventory window your wanting.. Much like the ability to purchase the 4 vaults)

Almost every free range game I've played has had a limit on your holding capacity, whether it be inventory space or carry weight.

If you are grinding one spot, you should be fairly familiar with the loot and what it sells for. As your inventory fills up, start leaving behind the 'junk' items. When I run the Izadur tomb, I don't hold on to anything valued at less than 200. Limitations like this are good for the game IMO.

After 1.0, I think a quest reward item that functions as a smaller backpack (3x3 grid) that can be held in backpack, so you gain 8 spots in essence.

Hm, i think an somewhat unlimited inventory like having 10 inventory pages would be more fun and enjoyable. I personally dont like it when i have to do micromanagement after every run, as well as i dont see any sense for that. Some people may say that it isnt realistic because of weight/space. But then i'll ask you, is it realistic running around with a plate armour without getting exhausted? Is it realistic fighting dragons in dungeons? Is it realistic to restore your health by simply using potions? This is a game, and therefor i prefer fun before limiting realism.

Expanded inventory options will happen: gem bag, scrolls case, and maybe a bag of holding.

I want a limited room to be part of balance, i.e, I want players to pick what to take to a certain dungeon as a meaningful choice, but when I designed inventory, there were few items in the game, so right now I am aware it is too small. Options will be added, sometime during the 0.9 development.

Very nice, surely one of the most, if not the most wanted improvement. :p
