Como hago para que mi reputación cambien con la mano dorada??? Actualmente soy criminal y pues no me deja hablar con algunos personajes... Hay algún lugar donde pagar una multa o algo?

If you have fought with mage and golems, there is no way to increase your rep.
If you can speak with mage near entrance, you can bring 2 books of undead.

It used to be quite onerous to go criminal with the Golden Hand as there are some excellent items that were unique to their vendor, however in version 1.4 there is a duplicate of that vendor Golem Trader so you don't lose as much as you once did.
You can still do the Grey Library quests, you just need to clear the area of opponents first.
