Assassin's Cuirass

I know this item has been discussed in another thread, but I was hoping for some assistance and clarification. This is the last item I need to complete the Assassin's Armor set. From the Wiki and the Forum, it seems that the two places to acquire the Assassin's Cuirass are the Bandit King in Castle Bluerock and from the Large Chest guarded by the Decurion Deserter in Nekhar Valley. I have killed the Bandit King several dozen times, and every time I only get the Poisonous Longbow. He never drops anything else on his drop list. I have looted the Large Chest in Nekhar Valley about a dozen times, and I have gotten every item on the Chest's list, except the Assassin's Cuirass. From what I have read, it seems the drop rate for the Assassin's Cuirass is rather low, so I am willing to be patient and keep trying. I would just like to know which one would give me the better odds, the Bandit King or the Large Chest. Thanks for any guidance.

U can farm it too in desecrated ruins. I found 1 from a coffin there. Bluerock is still the best place to farm it imo
