Assassinate seems very broken

After a succesful Stab, the skill has a chance to immediately cool down and be available again.			

20% chance of Stab immediate cooldown, 50% if the Stab killed the enemy

  • I just tested and got the killing blow with my Stab on 30 wolves. None of them triggered Assassinate. The probability of not triggering a 50% chance in 30 wolves is 0.0000000009313225746.
  • If I Stab at the beginning of combat, Assassinate can trigger at death (even not on a Stab). I think this is happening at the 20% rate, but I haven't tested it enough.

On my 4th and 10thwolf, it worked :(

Assassinate I,

did 2-3 normal hits to soften them, then one Stab, and Assasinate kicked in.

Maybe that's the problem with the Stab-kill part. In my testing I was mostly waiting for my companion to get them close to death then Assassinating them, or just Assassinating them in one hit (on low max HP enemies). Seems like what I was doing should trigger Assassinate, too.

At any rate, were you able to reproduce the bug where you Stab at the beginning of combat, your companion hits a few rounds and kills it, then you get the Assassinate bonus after it dies? (This can be several rounds after you Stab)

Okay nevermind, it *is* broken, the "low%" is firing, but not the "high%" for killing with the stab
