Ark of lothasan question

Are you able to go back into the ark of lothasan after you complete the quest associated with it?

Yes.

You won't be able to enter the last part of the arc after the arc quest, but you can still access the main large areas of the arc if you want to grind enemies, or farm for arc loot.
