Ark of Loth Barrier Password Help

So I am at the final barrier that leads to the elevator to the Foresaken and I dont know the password or where to find it. It's the terminal that requires all 4 key cards. Does anyone know the order??

The keycards are as follow:

Authentication = Blue Card 
Validation = Red Card 
Confirmation = Orange Card
Clearance = Green Card.

I've tried your suggestion and its not working

You have to match the code to the keycard. So check what the codes required and use key cards accordingly.
