Are the Altar Visions Required for Game?

i m asking bec i m 90k coins loq for the last vision. do i have to grind for thet last vision ? pls help this poor newbie adventurer.

It isnt needed for anything , but it grants skill point, its optional , so you can have something to spend money on.

As state above, the last vision isn't required for any of the game endings. The skill point is nice, but not really that vital by end-of-game.
