I tend to jump all over in games just to kill everything in site. I now have fines of 152,000 in Rhoneis and new town Fogus 52,000 or something. I tried to pay off the 152 but I was still an enemy after payment and they attacked still. How can this be fixed as the new town regenerates, I got to talk to the priest to get the quest info. Rhoneis was easy Fogus is not.

One other thing is that the 4th library book is missing for me. I have rechecked all the places.

How did you get such bad reputation in rhoneis? Anyway, I guess a "start a new game" is the best thing you can do. Out of curiosity... Why bothering with quests when all you want to do is to be a criminal in all the kingdoms?
