Anyone know phantom cloak stats?

I cant see it on the wiki and was wondering what the stats are. Also is it a unique item?

Sorry for not posting a screenshot but here are the stats:


+10 hp +15 mana +8 fire/ice/shock resist.

Class : Cleric and Mage

I'm pretty sure it's a random boss loot like primal icycle, magma greatstaff, etc.
