I have one question, I bought the full version on Android, and I'm considering to buy the steam version, my question is, can I download my saved games to my pc and play them?

You can transfer the save file between platforms, but you have to do it manually. You can export save to file on Android, send it yourself via email and download it on desktop and import it again.
