Ancient verses quest

The only two inputs that will work are the demonic skull or Head of Itharak the Fire Dancer.

I am trying with the fire dancer skull, but is seems to be stuck on the frozen verse ie missing something? The two large rubies works, but it won't take the head now. Any suggestions?

Did you just place the two rubys?

gorx lair it is then go straight to deep cauldron in the N / NE corner throught the fire and slay some dragons and loot some chests.

For large rubies I think its almost easier to loot them from the Tomb in the Great Inori.

It is a multi-step quest. To complete each stage you need to bring the statue something new each time. I don't remember off the top of my head what each stage is. However, the riddles are pretty straightforward. If you don't want to play the statues riddle game you can visit the wiki to figure out exactly which items the statue requests and bring them all at once.

The 2 large rubies are all you need to get the 2nd riddle... After that there is another riddle... and another... and another.

I have been in the room with the statue with the 2 rubies for eyes and it doesnt take them from me

They have to be regular sized rubies,not small ones. I'm guessing this might have been your problem.
