Don't you get one for killing Lichmaster in Izadur.

Good question in this thread, i'd also like to know all the places/enemies from where to get the tomes. I calculated it. A Lvl 17 char has 36 traitpoints from levelling (dont forget 4 points at Lvl 1, instead of 2). But i already spent a total of 44 traitpoints (points from gear not included), wich is a difference of 8. So if i dont miss something, it has to be 8 points from the tomes.
