Is there a secret pre-requisite to trigger the Ancient Seal quest? I know we need to be level 13, and have Hirge as a companion. But I still can't start the quest. Do we need good reputation, or to complete Three vs Eleven? (I have -100 rep in Ilmara and Varsilia, so I couldn't do Three vs Eleven. I have a good reputation with The Three though.)
Right now I'm level 19, have had Hirge as my companion since before level 13, and I thought she told me about her dream (the Ancient Seal quest trigger). But now I'm standing in front of a closed gate inside Irossia Temple of Arbenos. I checked my journal, and the quest isn't there. So I might misremember, maybe Hirge didn't have her dream. In all events, the quest has not triggered, and I don't understand why.
