I noticed that Brem has a strange movement pattern during the combat in the main hall.
At the beginning of the fight (directly after the dialog), my group is positioned relatively far away from her and most of her henchmen. But while the other enemy soldiers use all their APs to close the distance as fast as possible, Brem is only moving one tile per turn (although she has 9 AP) and does nothing else. Thus, I can kill almost all of her henchmen before she comes into striking distance and only then she starts to engage into combat by using her spells. This makes the fight much easier than is probably intended.
I repeated the fight several times and this behavior seems to be reproducible. I kept a safe prior to the fight in case you want to investigate this in more detail.
