Every opponent except the respawned good fellows skeletons will see you and attack. Also is the ancient sword they drop for a future quest/supposed to be unique? As it and brigandine armor seem to not disappear with time from a few of the vendors.

Do the good fellows skeletons respawn?
That doesn't sound to be intended as they are related to a quest and completing that quest clears out the source of their hatred that keeps them alive, so I would have expected that just like Dead Valley that finishing the quest would not make them respawn anymore.

Vendors do not lose expensive stuff when they sell, and the sword just meet that treshhold.

On the other hand, the smith sells brigandine from his standard stock.
I don't remember if brigandine also meets that treshhold.

Lol, I've killed them like a dozen times. Currently they're the second best fight for farming gold behind the bandit chief
