I am having trouble getting to the red dragon. I am in the new cave and I can't get past the lava and wyverns and still have enough rests and potions left. I haven't gone deep enough into the cave to even see the dragon. I have killed the ice dragon. The only thing left to do right now is kill the fire dragon and explore the troll dungeon. I am level 10 almost level 11. I am a warrior with a defense of 11.

Red dragon is level 17. It is a huge challenge to defeat it at level 10. If you post your build (traits and skills) probably the community can give you some advice to improve

Thanks,

To be honest, it looks too early for you to try and kill that dragon.

Well, grinding, starting new game (you have 10 game (or character) slots)...

And when talking about grinding, you can raid some dungeons over and over, or start doing town hall quests, they give money and experience and you also need to kill some baddies on your way to complete them.

I see no point in having both Two handed Expertise and Shield Expert unless you are swichting between two handed weapon and one handed and shield to face different encounters. If not, you should probably focus on one build, with traits and skills that support each other and a particular gameplay. I see also that you are putting two points in Awareness and three in personality, that do not have any impact in your combat skills. It might be a heavy investment of points at level 10.

I can provide with a warrior build (not done with two handed warrior yet, so sorry). Hope t helps:

At the moment, content runs thin once you get past lvl 10. There are some expensive belts to buy in New Garland that saving for three (you + 2 companions) can keep you busy for awhile.

Another option for grinding is orc lair near Kings bridge and Gorx lair North of Lennagar. Grab red and blue orchids as you move between them and trade them for mod. healing potion. Quickly stockpile enough to get through any dungeon if you start feeling impatient.

Have you completed the quests a Web of Terror and Outstanding Apprentice?

Also, you want to have a fire resistance around 100 to succeed in the Cauldron (or be higher level)

For really long dungeons, if you've some gold and don't mind spending it, one thing I've done before is use a town portal scroll to head back to the nearest town, use the Priest in the town to heal back to full health or close to it, and then trek back.

Good way to save potions to use during a fight, instead of topping up in between.
