Go to kingsbridge talk to drunkard then go to garand and talk to townsman then go to house

Adaon is in New Garand, on west side of the bridge, outside of the inn, before seller there.

Still in the same town just rest in inn or house and he'll be there

One of the advantages of buying your own house, BTW, is the companions are also available there.
