Yes, you bought this game for account, not for device, so you can use (and play 
) game on as many devices as you have, as long as you use same account you used to purchased and you stay in same "world" (i.e. if you bought it for Android, it must be Android phone, tablet, or, you can even play it on PC using Android emulator with same account. You can't play it on iOS or PC (talking about when you bought it on Android). If you want to play it on iOS, or PC, you'll need to make separate purchase. But, when you do, you can play it on as many devices, same rules apply).
So, I have it installed on my phone and tablet (Android) and I have it on my notebook and my HTPC (Steam, i.e. PC).
