I've been playing this game for a while (450+ hours in only 1 character)now, and I'm already get most of the achievement provided. However, there's this one achievement called "Guess who I just met..." that I saw from steam page, and it really salt my apples since I thought I'm already finished all of the achievements (prior to that 1 quest and those Hard-Ironman one) and I checked the Wiki too @VDX_360, there's

I know someone out there already unlocked the achievements (0,4% that is), and the only thing I need to know is some hint leading to this "someone", so I can met him/her and unlock the achievement as well

I don't know but if you haven't done The Dead God quest, maybe that is what you're looking for.

Just checked my Google Play achievements. Indeed "Guess who I just met..."
2,500xp "You talked to a Living God." is the achievement for speaking with Tol.
