Suggestions on Batle Rage:
1. Remove AGI penalty. This requirement would just cause respec AGI 0
AGI-based warriors don't need STR boost anyway
2.a Replace fixed bonus, % penalty with %+mix both. For example:
penalty 34%
Bonus:
I - +34%+1
II - +67%+1
III- +100%+1
2.b Or more simple, penalty shouldn't be bigger then bonus, so even with penalty=bonus there would be average gain due to shorter penalty duration.
2.c However you look at it, it's complex and difficult to balance skill. May be just remove penalty at all and reduce bonus. But bonus already is not very big comparing to Duel. May be just completely rethink the skill. Invulnerability to physical damage?(Berserk) One strike dealing 50% of enemy hp?
