A key to the past

The quest is now completable but how to trigger/continue the quest? I got "mysterious key" but don't know where to trigger the quest, please help

Find the loreseekers. They'll give you more info on your key. If they like you, I'd be nice.

I go to Loreseeker's Library, nothing new about NPCs dialogue, nothing new happened :roll:

Finish the Loreseeker quest first, so the librarian is friendly. Then ask him.
