3 New Dungeons?

The release notes said three new Dungeons. I've cleared the mausoleum in Deadwood and the new one in the Western Wyvern Mountains. Where's the third? Anybody find yet?

There is a new cave that popped up in Nilomar Cape. No quests to complete, but I've had a boss spawn there.
