12 or 6 hour rest?

Does 6 hour rest heal me fully and give me all my recoveries or should I stick with the 12 hour rest?

As a quick tip, oftentimes the 6 hour rest won't respawn everything. If you are in the middle of a dungeon and are out of steam, you can recall, sleep 6 hours, then head back with a little extra before things get reset.

That makes sense. I have not had a character with 4 recoveries yet. Thanks for the correction.
