нI can't open the closed gate.I know that there is a brick in the wall that opens the gate, but when I stand near this wall, the brick is not shown. (And I interviewed the prisoners). What am I doing wrong?

Try sleeping at the inn for 12h and look again. Maybe that will fix it. What does your journal say about this quest?

This sounds like a rare map loading issue.

Map loading issues are often easily resolved by reloading the area. Reloading an area can be done by going to a different area, quick-save and reload; or, by staying at an Inn. A 12-hour rest at an Inn resets all game maps.

Talk to prisoners to find out about gate. Interact with loose brick. Open Gate.
