Will Sir Morfados' Remains spawn even if I didn't talk to Sergeant Toel a second time?

After killing Sir Morfados twice, exploring the Mausoleum and completing other several quest in between, I went to the Warrior's Guild looking for Sergeant Toel and he wasn't there, after looking for Sir Morfados to kill him again to see if that could respawn Toel somehow, he wasnt in his spot...
