Yeah im a lil bummed i wasnt trying to i guess i did too many of syndaruns quests

I use bith staves amd wand for my mage but my question is are they considered hamd weapons. Im adkimg because i am curious if the passive skill arcane blade that boosts elemental power works for staves and wands?
