Purchased full game, it did not have effect.

Hello Support,

I have purchased a full game 10 hours ago. The Android Play service confirmed my purchase, but the game never did, and the button "Restore purchase" prompts to "wait a few minutes", but never does anything. Please advise.

Have you tried to restart the device?

That is a Google play problem, this week they already had a big problem with Google calendar.

You will not get much help here, better contact Google, the purchase on play store is part of Google infrastructure, so not sure if David or anyone else can help you. But try a reboot first, it often helps to solve such problems.

Yes, no one from this side can help, this is Google problem, Google handles all that stuff (paying, verifying payment...), so this is something to notify Google as they are only one who can do something about it.

David (developer) only can return money in case Google wouldn't help.
