How far goes your knowledge?
The best way is to tear it down and clean the parts separately.
If you can't do this (and don't want to pay for cleaning), you have to do it yourself
1. Remove the battery before doing anything!
2. Clean the keyboard with a vacuum cleaner
3. Be careful cleaning the rest, don't use too much water (better don't use water at all) alcohol (99,9% isopropanol) or WD40 is better. (but never for the display!)
My tip: search someone who knows how to do this.
Edit: be careful cleaning the Fan! Electric motor is also a generator, so if you try to clean it with a vacuum cleaner without removing the circuit you can destroy your Mainboard! Disconnect it first before cleaning with vacuum or compressed air.
