A bit of meandering post.

I took a bit of a breather from EK and played a few other online, mobile friendly games. Not to sound too critical, but collectively the games were lacking. Too easy. Too short. Too boring. Even the paid ones. And especially the paid ones that hawk in-app-purchases like a drunk carny at the county fair.

So I found myself drifting back to EK. Starting from scratch. The game holds up. Sure, I know every quest option, heck, I played the game so much that I even found the Invisible Swamp Donkey. But despite that, the game is holding up pretty well. Still fun to crack goblin heads and raid orcs dungeons.

I'm curious to hear other player's thoughts about the re-play value of EK.

Yeah I fully agree here. There are very few mobile games that can offer as much as EK and most of them are just too easy or drown you in loot. Others pretend that they offer much but hide it all behind endless paywalls and lootboxes. Even though I know every quest from the top of my head I still enjoying making a new character and trying to play it a different way. Exploring the different builds and outcomes is hours of fun.



That's what you think. You just have to look a little bit better. The invisible swamp donkey is invisible after all

I too love to replay ek its just the best game there is and i practically keep repeating the game with same damn tactic well now i am thinking of finishing a rogue character 8 actaully never did finish a rogue character just never liked the rogue class they have a strong skill or 2 but nothing else most of them are basically useless so i tend to get bored before reaching the middle of the game

I think playing different classes makes it more replayable for sure. Though eventually you might find that you make similar builds to get the best results. But to me, the Mage class was great, I take a totally different strategy versus Warrior or Rogue. Cleric, I never really liked. I might have to revisit that character for a challenge.

The Invisible Swamp Donkey IS NOT a reference to Starcraft or Diablo.... You can search the forum for the first few hints of the Invisible Swamp Donkey, but like most folklore type items, its roots are pretty vague.

Really? That's the problem's with today's young'ins, esp those hooligans from New Garland. They didn't see the Yeti, so the Yeti doesn't exist. They didn't see the goblin blow itself up like a fire-cracker, so exploding goblins don't exist.... I tell you, between glasses of Friguld Rum and and Deep Frost Cognac, there's things in the kingdoms that no one believes, not even with a screen shot. Doesn't mean it's not there.

If you want to know more about Swamp Donkeys, go ask a certain talking troll, he's been searching one for quite some time. Me thinks he doesn't find one because the longer it takes to find one, the more time he gets to spend with a certain well figured swordsman, er swordswoman.

"There is no cow level" is a cheat code in the original starcraft and there is a secret cow level in diablo 2 i thought it be a bit of fun to say there is no invisible swamp donkey level (which there isn't ) i never said the invisible swamp donkey didn't exist.
