New Game Plus ? Continued playthrough

Just an idea that would give players more availability. Not sure how easy or hard this would be to implement. It would give players more to do after they beat the game by replaying it again with their same character. The new game could have all enemies increased by 10 levels you keep your level maybe your gear or start with nothing, maybe a boost to gear stats in the new playthrough. I dunno i've seen some games do this. What are all ya'lls thoughts

Hmmm...new game plus...if anything, I'd see it as restarting the save on a harder difficulty but including new save + items and quests. And additional dialogue options referring to choices you've made in your previous 'life', tons of humor and sarcasm included. Possibly some player-made scenaries/quests/items added. Like David's Silver Whip or Master LoreSeekerX's Axe.
