When I'm in combat and kill my enemy one of two things happen if I hold my finger on the combat button for more than half a second, either my companions page shows up as though I was going to give her battle orders or the loot box automatically opens which mid combat against a group of enemies is very distracting. However the battle orders page only opens when my companion is close. Yes it is the lower fight button I am pressing no other.

You can disable "attack interacts with items" in settings to prevent it.
