The Moon children quest

The Moon Children...... I found the area and killed all the wearwolfs before i accepted the quest....now that i have accepted the quest much later in the game nothing has respawn and i am only able to see the bones and not able to finish this quest no matter what i do ty

Have try looting the corpse?

If you ever looted the corpse (it is at the place where you are ambushed) the amulet was there even before initiating the quest. It is a quest item you can't sell and leaving it there would pop a warning.

Looted the body long before the quest....after accepting the quest the wearwolves were not there sense i killed them long ago.. When i went back to the bones and to the bishop more then once finnaly the bishop said something else and i accepted the hammer but it took at least 5 tropa there and back... Its done finnaly
