a safe passage

Hi david, ive updated to newest version and my current char is on that map sydarun f8. I scoured the entire map and talked to every npc but couldnt find that new quest except for random encounter... Am i missing something? Or do i have to be friendly reputation in sydarun? Thanks.

Thanks david. Seems i have to refresh the game bynsleeping at the inn in order for the npc to spawn.
