how do you kill both? i see that you need to use the flame priest to kill the under mother but how or when do you get to kill the flame priest?

Kill the flame prophet, than you can kill undermother after that.

But that fight will be really hard! So better be prepared for that

You kill the daughter first, than you can tell it to undermother and decide to kill her.

so you cannot use the flame priest to kill the undemother and then have an opportunity to kill the flame priest

No, it's impossible.

You have to fight her unweakened if you want to kill both. And that fight is not easy. You need very high spirit resistance and more
