Strange special enemy

So i was going to the mausoleum, and as i entered the screen froze and i noticed an enemy with a strange name so i went back and there he was



It isn't a rumor boss since i had no rumor bosses in my journal and i didn't find it in the wiki and so im a lil interested on you're thoughts.
I was thinking maybe its a glitch, most likely is. Probably David has some better insight than i do haha

I'm certain that this is a rumor boss. Rumor bosses spawn randomly around the world and checking rumors in taverns only helps to locate them if they are currently somewhere on the map. So it's possible to accidentally run into one while doing something unrelated.

Are you sure about that though? Is it a confirmed mechanic by the developer?

I'm 100% sure. I have had it happen to me many times already too.

Rumor bosses are just name, but they in a sense live "real lives", so to say. So, whether you know about them or not, they spawn on their locations randomly.

And this is "developer atested" mechanic.
