Is the game 100 percent done or are there more quest and areas coming?

Hi i'm a new player and all i can say the game is great just like the good old days and i wanna ask if the game is already completed development cuz i search the whole world map through google and there still black and white areas

The game was already 100% (besides some bugs) with version 1.0 (no beta)

Everything else is more like a free DLC. David plan to release another update with more content, but you won't get the whole map.

A game is 100% if you can finish every available quest. Some areas won't be available, but that doesn't mean that the game isn't finished
