Where is Amarisa? No, really, where is she? [SPOILERS]

I'm going to spoiler my whole post because it deals with the ending.

So I thought I had cleared out all of the rooms in the arc and made my way to the final (?) confrontation. I spoke to the Forsaken, convinced the lady to side with me using the data pad and then the one guy turned into a monster. After numerous attempts, I defeated him, loaded the module into the computer and launched the portal into space. That seemed to trigger the end sequence, however now I am unable to return to both the Oracle and that portion of the arc. I was under the impression this is where Amarisa was/is located. Did I miss something in the dialog or is she elsewhere?

In retracing my steps, I'm not 100% sure that I researched her name with the Loreseekers in New G before going to the tower in Jabal. I already knew of the tower and the password because this was my second run through the game (I abandoned the first one because I stopped finding rumour bosses/shards). Is it possible that she didn't spawn because of this?

Quest status is "The only way to find my sister is to reconstruct the Eye of Tol. Once I find the location of the Forsaken, I will find her as well."

She's on the north side of the upper deck of the arc. The hallway that has the door to the medical area has a door further north that leads to her. So you can actually find her before you find the Forsaken -- the wording in the journal is mildly misleading.

Are you able to get back to that area after completing the main quest though?
The elevator is out of service when I try to go back.

You don't need to go back down the elevator. The upper deck has two main areas: the part you can access by stairs and the part you can access by going up the elevator. I am referring to a location in the latter area.

Sorry I don't understand....

The stairs lead to the Oracle. I can still go up them, but there is a blue field blocking me from his room. The elevator on the other hand says that it is out of service when I try to use it. I am carrying batteries too, so that shouldn't be an issue.....unless there is a console somewhere that I need to interact with first.

The end game text explains the upper decks collapse and you run away just in time.

Probably I should conclude the Amarisa quest as failed if you leave without her, will do on next update.

Derekp,
My apologies. I was giving info on finding her before completing the main quest, whereas you were looking for info on finding her after completing the main quest. Based on what David has said, it can't be done after the main quest.

Thanks! Good thing I kept a save game from before entering the final fight. Not looking forward to facing the final boss again, but looks like I will have to.

In this room there is a hidden door at NE corner (right from her), inside there is a terminal to free her
