Seemingly ages ago I had cleared out the Mausoleum (or so I thought)... then I decided to go back and grind a bit and get some loot (the platemail drops that some of them give add up quickly) and lo and behold, I found the secret door leading to the Lich and the Myrosian Gauntlets! A nice surprise... makes me wonder if I missed any other secrets from places I cleared out early on but haven't gone back to...
Closing in on lvl 23 Warrior... and I JUST NOW found a secret door I missed!

Yes! It's a nice surprise isn't it? If you are NOT inclined to use the Wiki to double check, I'd encourage you re-running every place. You're high enough level they'll be a breeze and you're likely to find things you missed (if you missed anything).
In-game knowledge tip: Using a scroll of detection will tell you if there's any more secrets on the map. If it says nothing, than there are none.
