As of 0.998, Mount Storme knights have finally stepped aside!!
Not spoiling it for others though, go see for yourself ;)

Moving the guards was discussed as a way to eliminate some of the issues surrounding using NPC's as barriers for off-limit areas. Minor adjustment that's all.
